Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a professional qualification in AAT, CA, or CIMA.
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in an audit firm or in a trading/manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with high integrity.
• Good communication skills.
• Applicants should be below 30 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial accounts for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Manage and monitor weekly and monthly cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity.
• Coordinate with banks and factoring agencies regarding financing and banking requirements.
• Process salary payments and statutory payments accurately and on time.
• Review and approve sales returns and price adjustments in accordance with company policies.
• Prepare budget variance analysis and provide recommendations to management.
• Assist in preparing monthly management reports and financial performance analysis.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Manage the company’s debtor portfolio systematically.
• Process daily journal entries, including banking and accounting journals.
