Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team to improve productivity by contacting customers and arranging appointments.
• Ensure sales promotion officers have updated sales and marketing support materials.
• Handle urgent phone calls, emails, and customer messages professionally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely solutions.
• Inform customers of delivery schedules and any delays.
• Perform other related duties assigned by the management.
