Qualifications & Experience

Candidates should possess:

• Passed the G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) examination.
• Faced the G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) examination.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
• Previous work experience will be considered an added advantage.
• Age between 20–40 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries professionally through phone and other communication channels.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support.
• Promote products and services while applying strong sales skills.
