Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Agriculture, Science, Environmental Science, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3 years of total experience in environmental, health, and safety management.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity on road construction projects.
• Sound knowledge of environmental management systems and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor environmental, health, and safety compliance at project sites.
• Implement and maintain EHS policies and procedures.
• Conduct site inspections and identify environmental and safety hazards.
• Prepare environmental and safety reports and maintain required documentation.
• Conduct safety awareness programs and toolbox meetings.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project teams and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
