Qualifications & Experience

• BSc in Engineering (Civil Engineering or equivalent).
• Minimum 10 years of total experience in the construction industry.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity within building construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, project coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil construction activities on assigned projects.
• Ensure construction works are completed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within budget and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.
