Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and construction management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MS Project).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project schedules and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain detailed project programmes using Microsoft Project.
• Carry out project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Prepare and submit periodic project progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
• Monitor project performance and identify schedule deviations.
• Update project schedules based on site progress and management requirements.
• Assist in resource planning and project coordination.
• Support timely project completion through effective planning and reporting.
