Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of total experience in Quantity Surveying.
• At least 3 years of experience in pipe supply and laying works.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, cost estimation, and project quantity surveying.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project activities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Monitor project costs and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Measure and value construction works in accordance with contract requirements.
• Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage subcontractor payments.
• Monitor material quantities and project expenditures.
• Support contract administration and variation management.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Prepare commercial reports and provide cost control recommendations.
