Position Details
Position: Executive – Product & Business Development
The Executive – Product & Business Development will be responsible for developing online sales strategies, managing vendor relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and improving product performance within Kapruka’s e-commerce platform.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, sales, or product management.
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital business operations.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AI tools, or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive online sales strategies.
- Identify and evaluate new opportunities for online sales growth while keeping up with industry trends and market demands.
- Collaborate with production teams, digital marketing teams, content management teams, SEO analysts, and IT teams to ensure a strong online presence.
- Utilize analytics and market data to identify trends, track sales performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Manage vendor onboarding, relationships, and performance.
- Oversee product listings, pricing strategies, and margin management.
- Support business growth initiatives within the e-commerce platform.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce business operations.
- Excellent sales and business development skills.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and online marketplaces.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
