Position Details

Position: Assistant Manager / Senior Executive / Executive – Leasing

The selected candidates will be responsible for implementing leasing strategies, achieving branch and individual sales targets, conducting customer visits, and promoting leasing products within the assigned region.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant industry experience at Senior Executive level in the Leasing sector.
• Sound knowledge of credit evaluation and documentation.
• Experience in handling sales teams and driving teams towards achieving targets.
• Strong understanding of leasing operations and customer relationship management.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement leasing strategies and operational plans within the assigned area.
• Work towards achieving branch business targets and individual sales targets.
• Conduct regular customer field visits and outdoor business promotion activities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities to increase leasing portfolio growth.
• Support credit evaluation and documentation processes.
• Guide and motivate sales teams to achieve assigned targets.

• Excellent sales and business development skills.
• Good understanding of credit assessment procedures.
