Position: Call Center Agent

The Call Center Agent will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring excellent customer service through effective communication and professional interaction with customers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Age between 26 – 35 years.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala languages.
• Ability to speak Tamil will be an added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as a team player.
• Ability to work night shifts and roster-based schedules.
• Previous work experience in a similar position will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries through call center channels.
• Provide accurate information and solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Assist customers with order-related and service-related inquiries.
• Record customer interactions and maintain required documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Support daily call center operations according to company requirements.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Sinhala.
• Tamil language skills will be an added advantage.
