Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing the overall operational functions of the branch.
• Assisting the Branch Manager in achieving business targets.
• Achieving operational goals while maintaining regulatory and compliance standards.
• Ensuring compliance with operational policies, procedures, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements.
• Continuously improving customer service to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
• Effectively leading and motivating the branch team to achieve high performance.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in a commercial bank, including at least 2 years of experience as an Executive.
• Full or part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification.
• Excellent knowledge of banking operations.
• A strong team-player attitude with a performance-driven and service-oriented mindset.
