Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing daily meals independently.
• Planning daily meal menus.
• Cooking a wide variety of Sri Lankan and international cuisines.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensuring safe food handling and storage practices.
• Monitoring and managing raw ingredient stock levels.
• Maintaining an organized and efficient kitchen.
• Working effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.
• Ability to properly store and monitor raw food ingredients.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in meal planning and preparation.
• Ability to prepare a wide range of local and international dishes.
• Age above 45 years.
