The selected candidate will undergo a six-month specialized training programme under the supervision of the company’s Water Pump Specialist/Consultant, gaining in-depth knowledge of water pump systems, installations, maintenance, research & development, and industrial applications.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Working closely with the company’s Water Pump Specialist/Consultant during the six-month training period.
• Developing a thorough understanding of water pump principles and industrial pumping systems.
• Assisting with the selection of pumps for various customer applications.
• Supporting pump installation, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.
• Participating in research and development (R&D) projects related to water pumps.
• Recommending modifications to pumps, impellers, and related accessories based on customer requirements.
• Providing technical support to the Industrial Marketing team.
• Contributing to engineering improvements and product development initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• B.Sc. Degree or NDT in Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of industrial experience in Mechanical Engineering.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D modelling software, and CorelDRAW.
• Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering applications.
• Good communication and interactive skills with proficiency in written English.
• Age between 30 and 40 years.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Technical knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery.
• Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and marketing teams.
• Creativity in engineering design and product improvement.
• Willingness to learn specialized water pump technologies.
