Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Passed G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) in one sitting.
• Passed G.C.E. Ordinary Level (O/L) with Credit Passes in:
  • Mathematics
  • English
• Fluency in Sinhala, English, and Tamil.
• Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• A Degree specializing in Insurance from a recognized university will be an added advantage.
• Ideally be a permanent resident of Kotahena, Kanthale, or Trincomalee, depending on the branch applied for.
• Applicants should be below 30 years of age.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at the branch.
• Handle the issuance of life insurance policies.
• Process insurance claims efficiently and accurately.
• Support branch financial and operational activities.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Assist customers with insurance-related inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Contribute to smooth day-to-day branch operations.

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills in Sinhala, English, and Tamil.
• Good computer literacy and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
