Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or a full professional qualification in one of the following:
  • ICASL
  • CIMA
  • ACCA
  • AIB
• Part qualifications in the above professional bodies may also be considered.
• Minimum 10 years of executive-level experience in Branch Banking.
• Exposure to trade operations will be considered an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the performance of the Mount Lavinia Branch.
• Develop and execute strategic and operational business plans.
• Achieve branch business goals and profitability targets.
• Manage branch risks while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Lead, motivate, and develop branch staff to achieve high performance.
• Ensure efficient branch operations and superior customer service.
• Monitor operational performance and implement continuous improvements.
