Qualifications & Experience

• Undergraduate or graduate with one of the following qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
  • BSc in Chemistry
  • MSc in Chemistry
  • Related Science Degree
  • ICHEM qualification
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for pharmaceutical research and development.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support formulation development activities for pharmaceutical products.
• Assist with analytical method development and laboratory testing.
• Participate in scale-up processes and product validation activities.
• Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support ongoing Research & Development projects.
• Follow laboratory safety, quality, and GMP requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on assigned R&D initiatives.
• Maintain accurate technical documentation and experimental records.
