Job Summary

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, supporting merchant device deployments, coaching junior Sales Executives, and ensuring high standards of sales execution across assigned territories. The role requires strong leadership, field sales expertise, and the ability to consistently achieve commercial targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily merchant visits within assigned territories.
• Acquire new merchants and increase product adoption.
• Promote Payable products and payment solutions effectively.
• Collect merchant documentation and complete onboarding requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely application submissions through Mastercore.
• Collect initial payments, device payments, and rental payments.
• Support merchant device deployment and activation.
• Coach and support Sales Executives during field execution.
• Assist the Team Leader with onboarding and mentoring junior team members.
• Maintain high activity levels, quality standards, and collections performance.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience.
• Strong field sales background.
• Advanced sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor junior sales professionals.
• Strong merchant relationship management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High level of discipline in field execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous mentoring or coaching experience leading junior sales staff.
• Experience with merchant onboarding platforms such as Mastercore or similar systems.
