Job Summary

The Executive – Production will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency are achieved. The role also involves leading production teams, implementing Lean Manufacturing practices, and maintaining a safe and organized production environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets and quality standards.
• Ensure the availability of raw materials and maintain accurate production and inventory records.
• Monitor production efficiency, minimize wastage, and optimize workflow.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise production teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Implement and maintain Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards while maintaining an organized production environment.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
  • Manufacturing
  • Industrial Engineering
  • Operations Management
  • Or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of:
