Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Several years of experience in quality management within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience in managing customer quality requirements and compliance standards.
• Leadership experience in supervising quality teams and driving performance improvements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and implement quality management initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Monitor product quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications and company standards.
• Analyze quality data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for quality issues.
• Collaborate with production, technical, and customer teams to enhance product quality.
• Ensure compliance with quality management systems, audits, and industry standards.
• Coach and develop quality teams to achieve operational excellence.
