Qualifications & Experience
- Must have completed a Nursing Certificate from a recognized institution
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant healthcare or clinical setting
- Prior experience in blood collection or phlebotomy will be an advantage
- Ability to work in a multi-location healthcare environment
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety and hygiene standards
Key Responsibilities
- Perform blood collection procedures accurately and safely
- Ensure proper labeling, handling, and transportation of blood samples
- Maintain hygiene and infection control standards at all times
- Assist laboratory and medical staff in daily clinical operations
- Ensure patient comfort and professional care during procedures
- Maintain accurate records of collected samples and procedures
Required Skills
- Strong attention to detail and precision in clinical procedures
- Good communication and patient handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a healthcare environment
- Knowledge of basic medical and laboratory safety protocols
- Teamwork and professional attitude
