Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 8 years’ overall exposure in Relationship Management, preferably in the Banking/Financial industry.

• Out of the total experience, at least 5 years must be specifically in the role of a Senior Relationship Officer or Assistant Relationship Manager.

• Thorough understanding of financial statements and hands-on experience working on financial ratios.

• Expert knowledge regarding diverse financial products.

• Possess a Diploma in Banking / Credit Management or another equivalent professional qualification from a reputed university or professional body.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills supported by an outgoing personality.

• Higher level of computer literacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the business division with a high-quality portfolio of SME clients while achieving business targets, acquiring, and onboarding new clients.

• Understand the client’s business operations and financials to prepare quality credit appraisals in close collaboration with Credit & Risk Management teams.

• Facilitate credit disbursements while coordinating seamlessly with internal stakeholders and undertake necessary post-disbursement documentation.

• Understand and cross-sell various retail options, payment solutions, and liability products to capture the entire ecosystem of SME clients.

• Monitor client accounts and financial performance closely, ensuring total compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

• Conduct ongoing market research to stay fully informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
