Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks and Security, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunication, or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in ELV systems, preferably in a Design or Estimation role.
• Strong knowledge of ELV systems including:
  • Data Networking
  • WiFi Solutions
  • PABX & Telephone Systems
  • CCTV Systems
  • Door Access Systems
  • PA & BGM Systems
  • IPTV Systems
  • Structured Cabling
  • Fire Detection Systems
• Proficiency in estimation software such as Microsoft Excel, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD.
• Networking certifications and product training will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed designs and material lists for ELV services based on tender documents, project requirements, and specifications.
• Review and analyze technical drawings, specifications, and site survey information to develop accurate BOQs (Bills of Quantities) and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Assess and evaluate changes in project scope and provide recommendations on contract variations.
• Prepare technical and commercial estimates for ELV projects.
• Support project management teams during bidding, planning, and project execution phases.
• Ensure all estimates comply with project specifications and company standards.

Required Skills

• Excellent technical understanding of ELV technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and estimation tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
