Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a call centre, customer service, or healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Sinhala and English.
• Ability to communicate in Tamil will be considered an added advantage.
