The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising stewarding staff, maintaining sanitation standards, managing cleaning operations, and ensuring efficient coordination between kitchen and support service teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in stewarding operations.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience will be an added advantage.
• Good knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety procedures.
• Experience in hospital, hotel, or large-scale hospitality environments is preferred.
• Understanding of health, safety, and cleaning regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily stewarding operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in kitchen, pantry, and washing areas.
• Monitor dishwashing, waste disposal, and hygiene practices.
• Maintain stewarding equipment, utensils, and cleaning supplies.
• Lead, train, and schedule stewarding staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen and support service teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.
• Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene and infection control standards.
