Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from Privilege Club clients professionally and confidentially
- Provide accurate information regarding banking products, services, and transactions
- Resolve customer inquiries while maintaining high service quality standards
- Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up
- Promote banking solutions aligned with customer requirements
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, risk controls, and data privacy standards
- Share workflow improvement recommendations and recurring customer insights with management
Qualifications & Experience
Applicants should possess:
- Part qualification in Banking from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka (IBSL)
- Minimum 4 – 5 years of experience in banking or financial services
- Minimum 2 years of experience handling Private Banking or Priority customers within a call centre environment
- Quality Assurance experience in a Contact Centre environment will be an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work on shifts, weekends, and bank holidays
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
