• Lead and motivate branch staff to enhance performance and productivity

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum of 6 years of work experience in a commercial bank
• At least 2 years of experience in an Executive capacity
• Full or part professional qualification in Banking or a recognized professional qualification
• Excellent knowledge of banking operations
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and service-oriented mindset
