Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Overseeing day-to-day camp operations and ensuring smooth functioning
• Managing staff and worker accommodation and room allocations
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the camp
• Supervising catering, housekeeping, and maintenance staff
• Monitoring food quality and kitchen operations
• Maintaining camp inventory and materials
• Ensuring discipline and handling worker concerns professionally
• Coordinating with project management and the HR department
• Maintaining records of camp occupancy and related documentation

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
• Mandatory experience working on construction or project sites
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage large groups of workers
• Basic computer knowledge for record-keeping
• Ability to handle issues calmly and professionally
