Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
• Fully qualified or part-qualified in CA/CIMA/ACCA
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments preferred
• Knowledge of IFRS, cost accounting, and inventory management
• Experience handling Inland Revenue tax registrations, tax filings, and RAMIS submissions
• Experience working with SAP, ERP, or MYOB systems will be an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and cost analysis for management
• Handle cost accounting and analyze production cost variances
• Reconcile inventory data including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Process supplier invoices and employee reimbursements
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities
• Monitor budgets and actual spending against budgeted figures
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
• Assist in audit preparation and respond to audit queries
• Maintain ERP/accounting system records and reports
• Coordinate with procurement and production teams to resolve discrepancies
• Perform additional finance-related duties assigned by management
