Qualifications & Experience

• Passed GCE O/L or GCE A/L Examination
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred
• Part qualification in SLIM or CIM will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Pleasant personality with negotiation abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer documentation and branch-related customer requirements
• Provide information and assistance to walk-in clients
• Build and maintain healthy customer relationships
• Enter and manage data within the company system
• Follow up on early recovery buckets when required
• Prepare branch and regional reports for management
• Address customer inquiries and concerns efficiently
• Promote financial and leasing products offered by the company
