Qualifications & Experience

• Approximately 6 years of relevant experience in branch banking
• Full or part professional banking qualification will be a definite advantage
• Good understanding of branch operations and basic credit knowledge
• Excellent attention to detail and operational accuracy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic communication skills in Tamil will be an added advantage
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work under banking regulations and operational procedures

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee critical operational activities within the Borella branch
• Handle transaction authorization and clearing processes efficiently
• Manage cash operations and ensure operational compliance
• Ensure accurate handling of financial transactions according to regulatory guidelines
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support branch efficiency
• Maintain compliance with branch policies and banking regulations
• Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations
• Support operational excellence and risk management within the branch
