Qualifications & Experience

• Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Freight Forwarding operations
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Experience in NVOCC operations will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage customer relationships and operational coordination effectively

Key Responsibilities

• Accept bookings and coordinate space reservations and container release orders
• Ensure compliance with all applicable government and industry regulations
• Collaborate with agents, service providers, customers, and internal teams to streamline export and import customer service processes
• Track and trace shipments while providing customers with regular shipment updates and tracking reports
• Follow up on payments to service providers and agents to ensure timely settlements
• Provide end-to-end customer support throughout the shipping and freight forwarding process
• Ensure timely delivery of invoices and follow up on outstanding debtor payments
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and provide customized logistics solutions based on business requirements
