Qualifications & Experience

• G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification
• Degree or Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration will be an added advantage
• Age below 28 years
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Leadership capabilities with a strong results-oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in both English and Sinhala
• Familiarity with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Willingness to learn and take on challenges
• Creative and proactive personality

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily showroom operations and retail activities
• Assist in managing sales targets and customer service standards
• Coordinate with showroom staff and support team performance
• Monitor inventory and showroom presentation standards
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist in preparing sales reports and operational documentation
• Learn retail management procedures and business operations
• Support promotional campaigns and showroom marketing activities
