Samson Rubber Industries (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a versatile and proactive Associate / Fullstack Developer to join its IT Department under the DSI Tyres division. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining internal software systems that support manufacturing and business operations through innovative digital solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (Core/Framework)
• Experience in React Native and/or Flutter for mobile application development
• Advanced knowledge of MSSQL and OracleDB including queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, or similar reporting tools
• Familiarity with SAP or IFS ERP systems will be an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop robust backend and frontend applications using C# and .NET frameworks
• Build and optimize mobile applications using React Native and Flutter
• Manage and optimize databases including MSSQL and OracleDB
• Develop Power BI dashboards, SSRS reports, and custom reporting tools
• Support and customize ERP systems aligned with business workflows
• Ensure smooth IT operations and system availability
• Identify and implement automation and digital transformation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal departments to enhance software solutions and operational efficiency
