Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a reputed organization
• Experience in tyre manufacturing or apparel industry is preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently under pressure
• Team management capabilities with a pleasing personality
• Age below 35 years

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
• Oversee plant machinery maintenance activities and ensure machinery reliability
• Respond promptly to operational emergencies and urgent maintenance issues
• Conduct machine risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Analyze manufacturing flaws to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output
• Schedule and carry out periodic maintenance activities on machinery
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams for technical training and continuous improvement initiatives
