Job Overview

The selected candidate will join the Engineering Division and support preventive maintenance, machinery reliability, and manufacturing operations to ensure continuous production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
• Oversee plant machinery maintenance activities and ensure reliability
• Respond to emergencies and urgent maintenance issues promptly
• Conduct machine risk assessments and follow safety protocols
• Analyze manufacturing flaws to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output
• Schedule and carry out periodic machinery maintenance
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams for technical training and continuous improvement

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, NDT, or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a reputed organization
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work under pressure and independently
• Team management and coordination skills
• Age below 35 years
