Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing sales and marketing activities related to housing and construction projects
• Coordinating with clients and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Promoting company projects and increasing sales performance
• Handling property-related customer inquiries and follow-ups
• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activities
• Achieving monthly and annual sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing
• Experience in the construction or real estate sector will be an added advantage
• Good computer literacy including:
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • Email & Internet usage
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Age below 40 years

Salary & Benefits

Attractive Benefits Package Includes:

• Basic Salary – Up to Rs. 150,000
• Sales Incentives – Up to Rs. 100,000
• Performance-based commissions – Up to Rs. 350,000+
• Company vehicle allowance
