Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Leading procurement, supply chain, and stores operations across the hospital
• Reviewing purchase requirements and ensuring actual necessity before approvals
• Managing supplier negotiations, quotation evaluations, and purchase order authorizations
• Driving cost reduction and process optimization initiatives
• Maintaining proper inventory and stock control systems
• Overseeing Main Store, Kitchen Store, and Pharmacy Store supply chain processes
• Ensuring compliance with CAPEX approval procedures and documentation
• Monitoring GRN, stock movement, reorder levels, and inventory accuracy
• Providing regular reports and operational updates to senior management
• Strengthening accountability, transparency, and process discipline within the supply chain division

Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Degree or professional qualification in:
  • Supply Chain Management
  • Procurement
  • Finance
  • Business Management
  • Or a related field
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in:
  • Procurement
  • Supply Chain
  • Inventory Management
  • Operations Management
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, FMCG, hospitality, or large service organizations will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, analytical, negotiation, and cost-control skills
• Ability to manage supplier performance and purchasing discipline
• High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
