Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues
• Managing and maintaining server platforms
• Handling support tickets and resolving issues promptly
• Supporting Linux and Windows operating environments
• Assisting with system monitoring and maintenance
• Providing technical support to internal teams and clients
• Maintaining uptime and system performance standards

Qualifications & Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Software Engineering
  • Or an equivalent qualification
• Good knowledge of Linux and Windows environments
• Ability to troubleshoot technical and system-related issues
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Hands-on experience in managing server platforms
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience as:
  • Trainee System Engineer
  • System Support Engineer
  • Or related technical role
• Knowledge of AWS environments will be an added advantage
