Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Handling HR operations including employee documentation
• Managing leave administration and payroll coordination
• Maintaining and updating HR systems, databases, and employee records
• Supporting performance management activities
• Managing employee relations and staff engagement initiatives
• Assisting with overall HR administration functions

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR role (preferred)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
