Job Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Entering large volumes of alphanumeric data into databases and spreadsheets accurately
• Verifying and correcting errors by comparing input data with source documents
• Updating and maintaining databases and archived records
• Ensuring confidentiality and data security standards are maintained
• Generating and formatting reports and summaries for management
• Scanning documents, filing records, and performing regular data backups

Required Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• G.C.E A/L qualification or equivalent
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Familiarity with database management systems
• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Good organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage digital and physical filing systems effectively
