Job Description

The Gold Loan Officer will be responsible for handling gold loan operations, assessing and appraising gold articles, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess gold articles
• Appraise gold and process gold loan facilities
• Ensure compliance with gold loan operational policies and regulations
• Organize and conduct marketing campaigns to attract new customers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Deliver excellent customer service during loan processing activities

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• Sound knowledge in identification and assessment of gold articles
• Experience in entire gold loan operations and procedures
• G.C.E. (O/L) qualification
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
