Job Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying business growth opportunities, providing financial advice, and ensuring portfolio growth while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to grow the customer portfolio
• Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships
• Provide personalized financial advice and banking solutions
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service
• Monitor portfolio performance and manage associated risks
• Maintain compliance with banking regulations and operational standards
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Participate in business development activities and market trend analysis

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should ideally:

• Possess a degree or full professional qualifications acceptable to the bank
• Have approximately 8 years of relevant experience in branch banking
• Possess mandatory exposure to credit operations
• Have sound knowledge of financial statement analysis
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Be capable of effectively communicating with internal and external stakeholders
