Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and servicing of:
  • HVAC systems
  • Generators
  • CCTV systems
  • Solar PV electrical systems
  • Other MEP-related systems
• Coordinate renovation and refurbishment projects
• Supervise third-party contractors for maintenance work
• Prepare schedules, reports, and maintenance coordination activities
• Authorize repair and maintenance payments
• Implement energy management and optimization systems
• Ensure workplace safety standards and sustainability practices
• Maintain head office and branch facilities in safe operating condition

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Degree must be recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC) Sri Lanka

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in:
  • MEP services
  • Electrical maintenance
  • Building maintenance systems

Required Skills

• Knowledge of electrical design and project management software
• Ability to prepare reports and presentations
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of maintenance systems and MEP equipment
• Understanding of banking regulations and procedures

Age Limit

• Preferably below 45 years as at closing date of applications

Selection Method

• Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview
• Appointment will be on contract basis
• Annual performance evaluation will apply
