Bata Sri Lanka operates a well-established retail network with more than 75 stores islandwide, along with distributors, dealers, institutional sales operations, and e-commerce business channels. The company is recognized as one of the leading footwear brands in Sri Lanka.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales targets, market development, and overall business growth
• Monitor daily sales performance and motivate sales teams to achieve company objectives
• Identify skill gaps and continuously train sales teams to build a high-performing sales force
• Coordinate with internal teams to develop the required product mix based on customer trends and competitor analysis
• Visit showrooms, institutional customers, buyers, dealers, and distributors periodically to develop business strategies for each business unit

Requirements & Qualifications

Applicants should possess:

• Age between 35 – 45 years
• Professional qualifications from SLIM/SIM at Fellow or Associate Member level
• Degree in Marketing and/or MBA will be an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations with senior-level exposure
• Experience in the footwear industry is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record
