Job Description

Kapruka Holdings PLC is seeking detail-oriented and organized Inventory Management Executives to oversee inventory operations and maintain accurate stock records in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The selected candidates will coordinate stock handling, supervise store workflows, monitor inventory accuracy, and support warehouse and purchasing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including GRN, receiving, and issuing
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering with purchasing teams
• Maintain accurate stock records and ensure system updates
• Supervise store assistants and ensure smooth workflow operations
• Coordinate with internal departments regarding inventory activities
• Handle store documentation, reporting, and stock reconciliation
• Conduct periodic stock counts and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure proper storage, binning, and stock control procedures

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in store or warehouse operations
• Good knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems
• Strong MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reporting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
