Job Description

Kapruka Holdings PLC is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accounts Executives to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance activities.

The selected candidates will work closely with internal teams, auditors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate financial management and reporting within a dynamic e-commerce business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain financial records
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Ensure compliance with tax, audit, and statutory requirements
• Coordinate with auditors and external stakeholders
• Support internal finance operations and reporting processes

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles
• AAT qualified or part qualification from CA, CMA, or ACCA is mandatory
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance will be an added advantage
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and auditing processes
• Practical knowledge of LKAS/SLFRS standards
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems
• Previous experience in auditing and taxation preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy in financial operations
