Job Description

Kapruka Holdings PLC, one of Sri Lanka’s leading locally-owned e-commerce enterprises, is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Procurement Assistants to join its growing team.

The selected candidates will assist procurement operations, supplier coordination, inventory-related tasks, and procurement administration while working in a dynamic roster-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support procurement and purchasing activities
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
• Maintain procurement records and documentation
• Assist with ERP system updates and reporting
• Monitor supplier communications and market trends
• Support inventory and supply chain coordination
• Prepare reports using MS Excel and ERP systems

Candidate Requirements

• G.C.E Advanced Level (A/L) or equivalent qualification
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with supplier management and market trends preferred
• Supply chain or procurement-related diploma will be an added advantage
• Ability to work on a roster basis
• Candidates should be between 20–30 years of age
