Job Description

Kapruka Holdings PLC is seeking interns to join its Partner Central team to assist with onboarding service vendors and managing service marketplace operations.

Selected interns will work closely with vendors, monitor service orders, support reporting activities, and ensure smooth coordination between customers and service providers in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in onboarding service vendors such as salons, repair services, and home service providers
• Coordinate with vendors regarding service listings, pricing, and availability
• Monitor daily service orders and ensure smooth fulfillment
• Follow up on customer and vendor issues to maintain service quality
• Support category performance tracking and reporting activities
• Assist with operational coordination and vendor communications
