Job Description

Swisstek is seeking a customer-focused and energetic Showroom Sales Assistant to manage daily showroom activities and assist customers exploring premium architectural and aluminium solutions.

The selected candidate will interact with homeowners, architects, contractors, and walk-in customers while promoting Swisstek’s innovative building products and maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations professionally
• Assist walk-in customers, architects, and fabricators with product recommendations
• Explain architectural aluminium solutions and product features clearly
• Handle customer inquiries and prepare quotations
• Follow up on leads and support sales conversions
• Maintain showroom product displays, catalogues, and promotional materials
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
• Ensure an excellent customer experience within the Design Studio

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate or G.C.E Advanced Level qualified in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Marketing interns are also encouraged to apply
• Proficiency in English is mandatory
• Tamil language skills will be considered an added advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems will be an added advantage
• Customer-focused and results-oriented attitude
