Job Description

ICBT Campus is seeking a highly qualified and experienced academic professional for the position of Head of Department / Senior Lecturer – Psychology. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, supporting academic development, and contributing to the growth of the Psychology department.

This role requires strong academic qualifications, leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience in lecturing or academic administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct lectures and academic sessions in Psychology-related subjects
• Support curriculum development and academic planning
• Guide and mentor students in academic and research activities
• Contribute to departmental leadership and administration
• Prepare academic materials, assessments, and reports

Candidate Requirements

• PhD or Master’s qualification in a relevant field is mandatory
